Quiet Please
Our neighbors at the Tannery asked once again this year if we could be as quiet as possible in the hallways. Thanks for your cooperation and respect for our neighbors.

Snow day/Holiday/Vacation Policy
If Newburyport Schools are released early, or cancelled due to snow, we are also cancelled. National and State holidays are observed. A class will be added to the end of the session to make up for each snow day or holiday.

Tuition Due
Your class balance is due on day one of class. Your child will be asked for payment before entering the classroom. Most times students tell us that they have no idea whether their parents have paid or not. We understand that. However, we can no longer allow students to enter the classroom without their balance payment or an explanation from you. It has made our book keeping process extra costly. One-hour classses are $110 and over one hour classes are $125. There is a 10% discount for siblings. Classes run 8 weeks.

Medical Form
Every student needs a new health form with the proper hospital insurance information every year. Fill out a Medical Form online and save time!

Late Pick Up Policy
Please be on time to pick up your children. We have a strict late policy that charges $1/minute after a 5 minute lead time.

Withdrawal From Class
Class space is reserved for you and tuition will continue to be charged until a proper written notification is received from the student's parent or legal guardian. Failing to attend class or leaving a telephone message is not acceptable notification. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for any outstanding balances.

Liability Dislcaimer
Smulowitz Productions and its instructors are not liable for personal injuries or loss or damage to personal property. Each student may decline to participate in any activity. Please inform Anna or your teacher of any physical limitations you may have.
 
Students are not permitted to leave classes alone or with other students; the Administration assumes no responsibility for any student who does.
